Not only is she incredibly talented behind the camera, but she’s also one of the kindest and most thoughtful professionals we’ve ever worked with. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with Kara! She photographed my parents' elopement, and we couldn't possibly be happier with both the experience and the results. From the very beginning, Kara was incredibly responsive during the setup process. She helped us find the perfect location for the ceremony - her knowledge of photogenic spots is truly impressive! What really sets Kara apart, though, is how she works with people. She made my parents feel completely comfortable in front of the camera during what was already an emotional and special day. I’m so so happy with the photos Kara took for my business. She took many of my recent product photos for my brand, Style Ari. She also took photos from one of my recent Sip & Sew workshops which are now used over and over again for marketing and content. Kara is such a fun person to be around and is so talented at what she does. I always feel the biggest confidence boost after sessions with her.

Choosing a photographer out of state is not easy. We had to trust each other and it worked out. Kara was excellent with helping us take family vacation photos at the Oceanside Pier. She engaged with our two year old (which is a tall task) and kept us all engaged in our session. If we go back, she will be our go to photographer. She did an excellent job.

I had asked Kara to shoot my proposal at Sunset Cliffs in San Diego, and the photos were absolutely beautiful; despite heavy winds. Photos were all delivered within 24 hours and look perfect!!! Me and my fiancée will definitely be reaching out to Kara for our Wedding!! You will not be disappointed when you book with Kara.

I had pictures of my son and I taken and he’s 1.5 years old and Kara was so patient and made the whole process soo easy and relaxed! Since the time I reached out to Kara about inquiring a photoshoot, she was so sweet and so helpful. She would get back to me in such a timely manner. And her prices are very reasonable. She was referred to me by my sister who also used her services. My husband and I wanted a last minute “fall photoshoot” and not only did she do that for us but she exceeded our expectations! We were scheduled at a certain location but the morning of a light rain surprised us which didn’t allow our original location to work but Kara immediately found a different location that she thought would work with some light rain because this new location offered some coverage. And let me tell you, we were so pleased with the location. I personally loved it so much! Instead of postponing our session, which she could have, she made it work. The light rain did stop before our photoshoot. Yay! Kara gave my husband and I the most beautiful, memorable photoshoot! If you’re like me and you’re awkward with taking pics and don’t know how to pose, kara is your girl! She will make you feel so comfortable during a photoshoot and will place you exactly where you need to be. My husband and I are extremely happy with Kara and her amazing work! I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on our pictures. We absolutely love them. She is also very fast at getting your pictures back to you. You won’t have to wait weeks for them. Mine took less than a week! Which we really appreciated! We highly recommend Kara for your next photoshoot! I know we will be using her services again!

Kara is very talented in capturing amazing photos. Great with kids. She was able to keep my 20 month old smiling. She gave great direction and made sure that our expressions were natural. I requested sunset beach family pictures, while surrounded by multiple photographers and families, Kara photographed our family at the peak of the christmas photo season at Scripps Pier. With perfection she caught beautiful moments that we will look back and treasure forever. I love how she notices all the little details that make an incredible shot, and she delivers with excellence! Growing up we never took family photos so the concept of having someone take pictures really freaked me out, but Kara made us feel supper comfortable! Our wedding photos were absolutely stunning. Kara is such a joy to work with. She is extremely detail oriented and catches many things. The creativity is unique. She captured every special moment.
